Michael Frayn’s ‘Noises Off’ at The Courtyard Theatre in July

N1 Theatre Company proudly presents its second production this July, ‘Noises Off’ by Michael Frayn. Directed by Paul Jaynes and performed by Court Theatre Training Company final year undergraduate students of the BA (Hons) Acting degree for a limited run at The Courtyard Theatre.

Synopsis:

‘Noises Off is a play within a play with all the typical elements of a farce, doors continually bang open and shut, trousers are dropped and the director character is driven into a seething rage as the actors are baffled by their exits and entrances, missed cues, missed lines and bothersome props including a multitude of sardines. The second act provides a view from the backstage illuminating deteriorating relationships, lovers tiffs lead to offstage and onstage bedlam and the occasional attack with a fire axe.’ #CTTCNoisesOff
