Tutor
Cory Peterson – acting tutor at the Court Theatre
Cory studied at the Webber Douglas Academy in London and GSA where he obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Acting. Theatre, TV and film credits include The Crown, Jurassic World 2, Fantastic Beasts & Where to Find Them and Patrick Melrose. Cory has taught at universities and drama schools in both the USA and UK, notably the School for Film & TV NYC and Italia Conti.

Experience Shakespeare as your director in this workshop.
There were few rehearsals for Shakespeare’s company of actors, but he directed them through his use of structure and language. Once you understand the clues Shakespeare will direct you from the grave!
This is a fun workshop that will give you the ability to analyse and perform classic text.
WHO IS THIS COURSE SUITABLE FOR?
- No need for prior experience
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
- Participants must be over 18
- Participants should have a confident use of the English language.
WILL THERE BE ANYTHING I NEED TO PREPARE BEFORE THE COURSE STARTS?
- No essential preparation is needed, but familiarity with two Shakespeare’s plays would be helpful. Feel free to bring your own scene or monologue

- The fee covers the cost of your tuition for the times advertised above and any materials essential to the course

- We try to make reasonable adjustments to our training where possible. However, most of our courses are highly practical, and many involve movement including work on the floor. You may also be asked to read from various texts.
