Court Theatre Training Company made a significant impact at the recent Actors Pro Expo, held on Saturday, February 24th. The event, a vibrant hub for industry professionals and aspiring actors, provided an ideal platform for our institution to showcase its commitment to nurturing exceptional talent.
Our team was actively involved in a series of career advice sessions, offering invaluable guidance and insights to attendees eager to navigate the complexities of the acting industry. In addition, we hosted an engaging seminar that delved into the core elements of our acclaimed BA (Hons) Acting program, featuring talks by Tim Gill (Principal) and Paul Taylor (Director of Development), as well as an improv session led by Dave Bourn (Deputy Director of Studies). The seminar provided prospective students with a comprehensive overview of the curriculum, faculty, and opportunities available at Court Theatre Training Company.
A particular highlight of the day was the opportunity to witness the extraordinary talent of three of our undergraduate students. As they took to the stage, their performances captivated the audience and showcased the exceptional training they have received at our institution. Their poise, versatility, and dedication to their craft were a testament to the rigorous and supportive learning environment we foster at Court Theatre Training.
The Actors Pro Expo reaffirmed our commitment to providing our students with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to succeed in the competitive world of acting.
